Australis® is an eco-friendly wood produced in controlled plantations, sawn lumber is produced with special techniques to avoid splitting, twisting and distortions. Prior to be dried in kiln owns lumber is air dried and then maintained seasoning; all process takes from 10 to 15 months accordingly to lumber thickness. Australis lumber and moldings have a quality control prior to shipment and are wrapped in plastic in order to maintain proper moisture content and protection.
Australis is a hardwood with optimal hardness and workability and a very rich appearance very close to the mahogany. In other words, it is a new eco-friendly lumber, with continuous sustained availability.
